Nanbu Plant
The Nanbu Plant is the main base of production for Taiyo, producing dietary fiber, green tea extracts, instant foods, juice concentrates and extracts, fruit preparations, emulsifiers, and stabilizers. Facilities include spray drying, microwave drying, concentration and aseptic packaging. The Nambu Plant was awarded ISO 14001 for its Environmental Management System (EMS) as well as ISO9001 for quality assurance by the International Organization for Standardization.

Corona Plant
Taiyo's state-of-the art production facility was established in the pursuit of "Quality, Safety and Reliability." Its unique container production and transfer system processes each batch within its own container without the use of pipes, eliminating cross-contamination. HACCP compliance, including windowless, multi-clean, positive-pressure zones, prevents intrusion of foreign objects. The MES System ensures complete control and traceability from start to finish, accessible from on- and off-site monitoring stations.

Kaifeng Jinming Food
Since its establishment in 1995, Kaifeng Jinming Food Co., Ltd. has supplied high quality dried vegetables to the food industry. Construction of a new HACCP factory is scheduled to start October 2004. The company produces and supplies mostly microwave processed and drum baked ingredients using technology developed by Taiyo Kagaku.
